Career Conversion Program, Sustainability [CCP-S]

CCP-S is offered in two modalities:

• Place and Train (6 months duration) for new hires  
• Job Redesign/ Re-skilling (3 months duration) for existing employees who required to be re-skilled to take on redesigned or new sustainability related role

From 1st April 2023: New Hires / Existing Employees:

• SC/PR < 40 years old, Subsidise 70% monthly salary, capped at SGD 4000 per trainee over programme duration
• SC/PR > = 40 years old, Subsidise 90% monthly salary, capped at SGD 6000 per trainee over programme duration

• Eligibility criteria for CCP-S
• Mandatory Component for the candidate to undergo a sustainability training programme to be selected from WSG pre-approved list
• On-the-job training plan covering a total duration of 6 months
