Tulyā is a Sanskrit word for Balance / Measure. We measure the financial and non-financial data, and balance sustainability with profitability.
We are at the beginning of a new era. The way business has been conducted since the industrialization is changing, whether we like it or not. Lack of natural resources will drive circular business models and governments must make tradeoffs between economic growths and protection of the environment and the people.
Though there are varying views as to whether capitalism can be reformed to address sustainability, we personally believe that when we become accountable for our actions, capitalism can be re-invented to deliver a sustainable future intrinsically. In this pursuit, we understand the interconnected nature of the economic eco-system within which the organisations and society operate.
At Tulyā, we underscore our ideas and actions with the intent to work for the broader social good as well as seek profits, and with this, we believe that we can help accelerate greening the economy.
Profitability and sustainability are already (or will very soon be) closely related and ESG accounting and accountability are unanimous.
